9412 – The Rock Station broadcasts 24 hours a day with a fun, high-energy sound. Since we are not controlled by a larger corporate entity and our coverage area is global, we are not bound by the normal rules of big corporate radio. Therefore, we can and do play a very diverse range of classic rock, and we are not bound by the constraints of “payola” and other corporate radio business practices. We are proud that having the most live DJs of any station on the Internet allows us to be immediately responsive to audience requests, which has built us a very loyal listener base. In addition, each DJ’s classic rock knowledge, preferences, and personal style help keep the song rotation fresh and contribute to a constantly evolving sound that is keyed into the audience. |
